Ms.
Russell charges a one-time consultation fee to discuss a
particular issue or issues. If you decide, after you meet with
her, that you would like the firm to represent you, you will be
asked to review and sign an Information and Fee Agreement.
The agreement sets forth the relationship between lawyer and client
and helps insure that there is no misunderstanding regarding
your legal status as a client, the confidentiality of your
relationship, and the fee structure associated with your case.
Every effort will be made to assist you in keeping your expenses
as low as possible and the agreement makes suggestions in this
regard.
To insure that your case is properly handled, Ms. Russell will
explain the various legal alternatives relative to your case,
advise you of the various benefits and pitfalls or the
alternatives, guide you through the steps necessary to negotiate
or litigate your chosen alternative, assist you in preparing and
maintaining the necessary documentation to support you case,
keep you informed of your cases status, and answer questions
regarding your case in a timely manner.
